I began my Human Design journey in 2001 and now I am an internationally licensed Human Design System analyst and teacher as well as co-director of Human Design System Australia. After training in the arts and sciences I have spent over two decades immersed in learning and researching all avenues of alternative health care, self help, spirituality and metaphysics. Since 1989 I have had my own business as a Mind Body Therapist, Energy Healer, and Teacher with clients and students all over the world. One of the greatest causes of most of my client's imbalances stemmed directly from two things; Not knowing how to tune into and trust their bodies' innate wisdom, or in HD terms, their own Inner Authority, and giving their power away to their mind's control patterns or to other people's authority.

The Human Design System is the missing link I had been searching for, and I continue to be astounded at the practicality and absolute clarity of this system. Knowing and understanding your uniqueness is your birthright and I am more than proud to be able to share this with you.

It was in 1998 on the Hawaiian Island of Maui that the Human Design System first captured my attention. It was here where I had my initial reading that revealed so much I just had to know more! My insatiable thirst for knowledge led me to become an analyst and teacher and then the National license holder for Australia in 2004.

Prior to coming across the Human Design System I spent 10 years travelling the world, both working, studying and immersing myself in different philosophies and healing modalities. Always curious to discover where I fit into the grand scheme of things, my adventures led me to study many of the mystic traditions and practices of India and Europe, Japan and China.

Five of my years abroad were spent in Japan studying and training with the Japanese master Maruyama Yogen in traditional martial arts and eastern philosophy and healing techniques. This period of work and study was invaluable and life changing and provided a natural stepping stone into the Human Design System.

By understanding my Human Design I have learnt how to best use my energy, access my talents and gifts and channel them into my work as an Analyst and Teacher and into my already existing Kinesiology practice. The by-product of me knowing how to truly follow my own path is a happier, healthier, and more energetic me. This is what I've been able to bring to my clients as well.

I find it a true privilege working with people to share this revolutionary information and help them in their own quest for self knowledge. Getting clients tuned in to what actually works for them is so rewarding, and the ripple effect that they experience as a result of that - in their relationships with partners, children, family and friends - is the ultimate testament.

My love of Human Design, and what it can bring to each of us, has taken me to the very core of who I am. It is a great gift to be able to share this practical and simple knowledge that empowers and supports you to live your life exactly as you were designed... your way.

I was working as a Molecular Geneticist in Vienna when I met Human Design and Ra Uru
Hu. Fascinated by the synthesis especially the involvement of Genetics, I started to study the knowledge and ultimately left my scientific career to pursue a career in Human Design.
Since 2002 I am a full time HD Professional and Teacher. This is the most fulfilling work that I have ever done in my Life.

As an IHDS Teacher and the Director of the PHS Department, my teaching focus is scientifically oriented. My approach is to correlate various scientific aspects of the Human Design System to demonstrate the scientific validity at all Levels. In addition to this, I am also devoted to teaching the Basics of Human Design. It is an amazing Process for me to guide others from the fundamentals to the most superior cutting edge aspects of the knowledge.

Violet was born in Hong Kong.  Having lived in Toronto and San Francisco Bay Area for many years, she is fluent in both English and Chinese. She has held a deep interest in astrology and metaphysics since the age of nine. In addition to having studied both the Chinese and Western astrological system, she also has been practicing Tibetan Buddhism for over 15 years.   Her career constantly evolves around the theme of change and planning.  After succeeding as an entrepreneur in commercial  building redevelopment in United States, she moved back to Hong Kong to assumed the challenging role of corporate process re-engineering, change management and strategic planning, imparting new directions and inspiring visions for growth.  With the same flair she applies Human Design to mentor individuals.

Violet's interest in Human Design flares upon attending Ra Uru Hu's Radical Transformation Workshop in Toronto, Canada.  The system not only rekindles her early interest in astrology, but also allows her to synthesize everything she has learnt, which spanned Chinese and Western astrology, meditation and energy flow, Buddhist ‘s perspective on mind and reality, and Zen philosophy.  Human Design expands her horizon by providing her the missing pieces to bridge these seemingly distinct fields.  In turn, her aptitude and proficiency in other subjects create the foundation that facilitates her unique grasp of Human Design’s brilliance.

Since the introduction Violet has dedicated herself to the experiment and is amazed how the knowledge has positively impacted her and others.  She continues to deepen her knowledge of the system and is very privileged to have studied directly with the mystic and founder, Ra UruHu. Violet currently resides in Hong Kong.  She conducts Human Design workshop and private consultation to help individuals understand their lives and fulfill their purposes.  She finds empowering others to live out their unique nature with self-love immensely fulfilling.

HISTORY:

Human Design entered into my life in 2002. I immediately felt the call for a

new life! During the reading, I didn’t really learned something new about

myself; but, no one ever before had given me so clear and comprehensive

view of who I am – and more important, who I am not! For the first time

in my life, I got the feeling of understanding ‘me’!...



Six years later, I have become a Professional IHDS Analyst and a Rave

Psychologist that is, a specialist in the not-self shadowed part of human

beings. It is with the same faith I was blessed with at the beginning that

I am now offering my services to any person in need of understanding

all the mechanisms at work in themselves as well as in their beloved,

colleagues, relationships.



Since I follow the Human Design path, I have experienced the dawning

of a profound and true freedom; that freedom that comes only from

accepting what we understand. I came to realize what a blessing it is

to have an inner authority that I can completely trust! It was such a relief,

a weight away from my shoulders, a feeling like “wow! I do not have to

struggle controlling my life, not knowing what is right or wrong for me!

I just ask my inner authority! it knows best, and facts have proven it to

be correct!’ It has become my guide, my master. I do not need anybody

anymore telling me what I should or should not do, say or think.



When we’re born, we are not being given the manual!... “ok boy/girl! here

you are! good luck!” Human Design has provided me the manual; I can

see how it is working inside of me! And, that gives me such a joy to

understand the mechanics of my life! Even more precious: I realized that

each time I recognize a mechanism at work in me or in the other, I accept it,

I des-identify from it, I don’t try to change it; I observe it, I am fascinated by

its perfection (whether self or not-self)!... I am able to LOVE it!

Since I know the Design of my wife, I am really able to accept her as she is;

I have stopped trying to change her nature. She is like she is because there are

specific and unique mechanisms at work in her; she can’t help being otherwise,

except honoring her inner authority, and the strategy of her type. I know how

to protect myself from her emotionality, instead of fighting against it.

Rave Psychology is a key programme made of 6 sessions for an in-depth study of  your "Not-Self". This "Not-Self" is a vicious, tricky shadow that excels in the insidious art of manipulating your true Self. The Rave Psychology Programme aims at thoroughly freeing you from this invisible prison. HISTORIQUE :

Le Design Humain est entré dans ma vie en 2002. J’ai immédiatement

ressenti un profond appel vers une nouvelle vie ! Lors de l’entretien, je

n’ai pas eu le sentiment d’apprendre quelque chose de réellement nouveau

sur moi ; mais personne n’avait encore décrit – je devrais dire ‘décrypté !

– avec autant de perspicacité, de précision et de concepts entièrement

nouveaux, ce que je suis et surtout, ce que je ne suis pas ! Pour la première

fois de ma vie, j’ai perçu que je pouvais me comprendre !



Six années plus tard, je suis devenu Analyste professionnel et

«RavePsychologiste» - c’est-à-dire spécialiste du non-soi caché de

chaque être humain - de IHDS (International Human Design Schools).

La même foi d’alors me motive à me mettre au service de toute personne

dans le besoin de comprendre les mécanismes qui l’animent et

l’emprisonnent, de comprendre aussi ses proches, ses collègues, ses ami(e)s,

etc.



Mon cheminement en compagnie du Design Humain m’a fait vivre la

naissance d’une vraie et profonde liberté ; cette liberté qui ne peut

s’épanouir que grâce à la totale acceptation de ce que l’on comprend.

J’ai pu réaliser quelle bénédiction nous a été offerte à travers ce que le

Design Humain appelle « l’autorité intérieure » – cette intelligence, cette

petite voix qui sait à tout moment ce qui est correct ou non pour nous !

Un énorme poids s’est alors détaché de mes épaules, le sentiment que

je n’ai pas besoin de contrôler ma vie, de réfléchir à ce qui est bon ou

mauvais pour ma vie ; il me suffit de poser la question à mon autorité

intérieure ! elle sait ! et les faits m’ont prouvé qu’elle ne se trompe jamais !

Pas étonnant que cette petite voix soit devenue mon guide, mon maître !

je n’ai plus besoin de m’inquiéter, de demander aux autres, de dépendre

des autres !...



A la naissance, personne ne nous donne le manuel de fonctionnement de

notre vie ! « coucou, bienvenue !... et bon courage, hein ! » Le Design

Humain m’a donné le manuel ; je peux maintenant voir comment « ça »

fonctionne en moi ! quelle joie de pouvoir comprendre soi-même et les

autres ! chaque fois que je reconnais un mécanisme en moi ou chez l’autre,

je cesse de m’identifier à lui ; je le vois, je ne suis pas pris dans ce

mécanisme ; quelque chose en moi spontanément lâche-prise et accepte

ce qu’autrefois j’aurais tant voulu arrêter, changer, améliorer !... maintenant,

je commence à aimer vraiment cette horlogerie interne qui anime ma vie

d’une façon unique.

La synthèse d’analyse relationnelle rapproche votre Design de celui

d’une personne que vous avez choisie (conjoint, enfant, parent, ami(e),

collègue, patron, employé, etc.) elle vous apporte en 15-20 minutes

l’occasion de vous comprendre quand vous communiquez avec elle

ou lui ; grâce à la description succincte de sa nature, de ses réactions,

vous comprenez les raisons de son comportement. Il vous est alors

plus facile de l’accepter tel(le) qu’il(elle) est ; plus aisée de savoir à

quoi vous attendre, quoi espérer.



Depuis que je connais le Design de ma femme, je la prends comme elle

est ; j’ai arrêté de vouloir la changer. Son Design m’a permis de

Over the years, from my daily practice working with clients, I developed various Health &
Design seminars on a wide range of Health related themes. From the basics to specific studies such as the chemistry of the body based on the Amino Acids, uniquely specific ways to use the various planets in terms of conditioning themes, health and therapeutic tools.

My specific point of view is to see the interactive way the organs and the various inner systems organize and manage life according to the gates and centers, far away from their reduced relationship to specific hormonal glands. Therefore I always look at the bodygraph as well as the matrix of the entire brain. I enjoy teaching online in the IHDS Biversity and I am grateful to have the chance to spread the results of my various therapeutic experiences out into the world, so other people can take advantage of it for their own work.

I have been looking for Human Design since I was 14 years old. When it finally found me it was love at first sight. I studied it, I tried it out, and I sought to prove it through thousands of readings and as a teacher working in six countries so far.

In my personal process I am absolutely radical. As a very emotional being I have experienced the core of pain in the greatest joy and the core of joy in the greatest pain. I am very grateful to discover myself each day anew.

In my teaching I concentrate on the practical side of Human Design and life; I´m constantly looking for the translation of the formula to everyday experience and everyday language. The same intent shaped my two books on Human Design, both published in the German language and expected in English very soon.

人間を知るということを占星術を通して行っていましたが
もっと統合的に多角的に捉えていきたいと思っていたところに
1999年、ヒューマンデザインシステムに出会うことが出来ました。

その概要を聞いた瞬間、「これだ！」と直感し
2ヵ月後には、創始者のRAのリーディングを受けにセドナへ行き
帰国後、すぐに学習を始めました。

2003年にプロフェッショナルアナリストの資格を取るまで
知人などのチャートを大量に手作りして
その性質などをテキストに書かれている内容と対応しながら
自分の中に落とし込み、じっくり学んでいきました。

初期の頃の記載には、RA独特の表現＆ジョークなどが多くて
日本人向けの言葉に変換するのに苦労しながら
ヒューマンデザインのよさを広げていく活動をずっとしてきました。

現在では、HD-Japanの運営がしっかりして来て
日本での広がりが定着して、国内認定者たちが増えているのが嬉しいですね。

今後もぜひ、多くの方たちにヒューマンデザインの智恵を活用していただいて
自分のストラテジーに従いながら、より有益な人間関係を作って
全体がもっと繋がりあって、みんなが、どんどん、活き活きとした

I am a Reflector living in New Zealand and love living my design.  I am also sincerely fascinated in the process of helping others experience and live as themselves.

 

Working for many years as a Coach and Mentor in the field of human potential specifically Leadership Development, I have come across many tools that provide insight into ourselves.  I have found Human Design to be unparalleled in its insights, wisdom and most of all its practicality.  Human Design allows us to circumvent years of tedious developmental work and step into a profound relationship with ourselves in a way in which no other tool comes close.

 

One of the most frightening reassurances offered to people today is, “Just be yourself”.  Most people don’t know what that is or could be.  We tend to invest more energy in what we are not than in who we are.  I love helping people access who they are and let go of who they are not.  Making decisions from our own body wisdom and strategy allows us to access uniqueness and feel for the first time in our lives that we are truly standing in ourselves even when all around us everything is shifting. 

 

I am a Living Your Design Guide and Certified Analyst.  As a Reflector I am able to experience the energy of each and every type and feel rapport.  If you are also a reflector I can also offer the support of my personal experience gathered since 2005.  Whoever you are, whatever your design, it would be a privilege to assist in the unfolding of living and leading as you are designed!

Half-baked in the Biversity of Life, my first airplane flight took me to Ibiza, in the spring of 1984. Fear would never again be something that conditioned my decisions, since intuitively I learned on the magic island the dangers of giving it my back. The bridge between Ibiza and the East took me into a deep exploration of ‘my’ fears.

In the Osho Commune in India for a period of 7 years, where through the experiential field that was available, I learned to come in touch with the changing flow of my emotional nature. Human Design did the rest. It healed my feverish Not-Self mind and turned it into an instrument of inspiration for others, which is quite a joke in itself.

It is beautiful to live the life of a nine-centered human being, and enjoy a mind that has learned to stay focused on its own passenger, even in times of fever.

許多人問我，這世界上學問浩瀚，種類繁多，怎麼會學習人類圖？為什麼要成為人類圖分析師？

這要回溯到我的小時候，雖然從來沒人告訴我，我也不知道這想法從何而來，但是我幼小的心靈總是清楚知道，有件事情對我來說非常重要，那就是，我這輩子要來解開每個人內心深處的密碼，我將是那傳遞訊息的人，而這訊息能讓禁錮受困的靈魂，可以再度飛翔。

這說來有點像小時候常玩的一種叫紅綠燈的遊戲，遊戲規則是，猜拳輸了要當鬼，其餘的要被鬼追。如果你跑得不夠快，在鬼追上你要捉住你之前，只需大聲說「紅燈！」只要你開口說了紅燈，鬼就不能碰你，你就安全了，這是規則，只是講完紅燈之後的你就只能待在原地，一動也不動，靜待另一個人來救你。你要等待著，那跑來跑去的一大群小朋友裡，會有一個真正的好朋友，願意冒著被鬼追的危險，跑到你面前碰你一下，同時大喊「綠燈！」你才能再度奔跑，重獲自由。

我非常愛這個遊戲，我超愛幫卡住的人大喊「綠燈！」我從小就覺得，這遊戲真實反映出此生我要做的事情。直到我遇見人類圖，突然，有種靈光一閃的感動。

這不就是我長久以來，內心一直渴望要做的事情嗎？

解開每個人內心的密碼，傳遞「綠燈」的訊息。揭開每個人與生俱來的使命與天賦，讓你明白，今生要學習的重大課題是什麼，要鼓起勇氣穿越的又是什麼，每個人都有其獨特的人生策略，就像每部家電機器都有其使用說明書，你總要知道自己的人生使用說明書，才能懂得將自己的優點極大化，活出淋漓盡致，心滿意足的人生啊。

HISTORY
I have been involved in Human Design since 1999 when I received an article proposal in my capacity as founder and editor-in-chief of Kindred Spirit magazine. At first I showed no interest, as the publisher of an international Mind, Body, Spirit magzine since 1987 I had seen pretty much every damn system out there. However I did go and have a reading, and as a result I helped compile a two-issue magazine article. A few months passed until I met Ra Uru Hu teaching a course on profile. That was it. My life ceased to be the same after this encounter. I dived deeply into the Knowledge and have been loving it ever since that fateful weekend.

Ra sold me the rights to the filming of his teachings and I formed Human Design Films Ltd the following year and filmed hundreds of hours of Ra teaching all over the world; from those films several DVD's were created (and are available on the website: www.humandesign.info) as well as a 12 part internet program with many diverse subjects and a dynamic pace. I intend to release more in a streaming video format in the future.

I took over Human Design UK from Richard Rudd and have been the director of this organisation since 2004. I enetered into a fully commited experiment with my company to test the application of Human Design OC16 knowledge in association with Ra when he began to release this information. After selling my magazine business in 2006 I set about getting Human Design teaching qualifications to educate people about this amazing system, while at the same time continuing my journey into the depth knowledge of Rave Psychology and PHS.

In the last few years I have taught classes in several places in the UK, as well as Norway (Oslo and Bergen); Belguim (Brussels); Bulgaria (Sofia); Finland (Helsinki) and Canada (Toronto). I have also taught both analyst training courses (ABC and PTL1) and my own unique classes (Kracking the Kernel; Humour and Human Design, The 1.3 and others) through Jovian Archive. In Toronto I delivered an original course to my peers called 'Performance of the Pattern' showing how the bodygraph can indicate specific mannerisms and behaviour in the person themselves - it was well received and I continue to add to that investigation.

I have done many public talks around the world on Human Design and continue to teach both in the aura and online. I have given many thousands of readings over the years and the work continues without pause. I have contributed 100's of audios to Human Design Radio and Human Design Voices over the years, as well as a 12 part video series for Jovian.

Human Design colours every part of my life, the way I live, in my relating to others and in the growth of wisdom in my seeing beneath the surface of the mundane world. Randy has been involved in Human Design since 1998, and in 2000 he received private instruction from Ra Uru Hu. He has participated in many courses that Ra has offered since 1999. Randy was the Chairman of the Human Design Standards Board from 2000 to 2010, and is currently the Registrar of the IHDS and in charge of the certification of new Human Design analysts.

I first met Human Design in 1997 in Sedona, AZ. I had a cozy little herb shop there called Pocketful O' Herbs ... brick floors, teal walls, beehive fireplaces ... a healing experience just to be in the shop... and I'd been dreaming about living in Sedona since I was five years old when my family went through on a vacation ... I just knew it was my home.

Life is an interesting journey. If you're like me, and I'm sure you are, you've experienced the good, the bad, and the ugly ... sometimes all at the same time. We're all in this together ... with our own histories and baggage, along with our hopes and dreams. Human Design changed my life in some peculiar and dramatic ways.

I found myself feeling like I'd been living someone else's life ... feeling disconnected from myself and utterly useless ... wanting desperately to find the purpose of my life. Throughout my life I've often been depressed, suicidal even when things really got rough ... years of therapy didn't even touch it!

I'm sure many of you can relate ...

I'm sad to say that when I first met Human Design I was so busy with everything else that I just didn't seem to be ready for it ... I had a brief introductory reading and thought it fascinating ... still, I didn't bite ... not then.

Then early last year ... when I was feeling so low, lost and uselessly inert ... I was reintroduced to Human Design. Coincidence? I don't think so! So I got a reading by a certified analyst and felt literally catapulted into learning everything I could ... I dove headlong into the 'experiement'. It explained why I always felt so rushed with everything; why I never seemed to know when enough was enough and didn't know what to do with my energy; why I 'poop out' so easily; why it is so important for me to be my own boss rather than work for someone else. (never worked out well for me) ... and so much more.

I began to relax ... to feel at peace like never before. That I am spontaneous is natural and healthy and correct for me ... critical even to living my life authentically. To honor and respect that, rather than feel like I should really 'think thrings through' before acting like so many in my life have advised.

So ... I got certified to teach Living Your Design Workshops and am working on my analyst certification so that I have a deep understanding of the mechanics of Human Design, and a firm grasp of synthesizing a person's chart ... as well as my own experience with living my design. I want to work with children and their parents so they can raise authentic children based on their design ... avoiding the pitfalls of conditioning that begin at birth if you don't have an understanding of who your child is. My 20 month old granddaughter inspires me daily!
